About Michelle:

Hi, my name is Michelle and my mission is to provide safe and effective workouts throughout each women’s pregnancy, postpartum, and even beyond! I am married and have a 6 year old daughter. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 4 years and from what I experienced, I feel like women are often neglected in the pre/postnatal demographic.

Pregnant women should be able to feel like they can still lift heavy a$$ weights and not be terrorized just because they are simply, “pregnant.” Postpartum women should be briefly be educated on the importance of core recovery, how long it will actually take for your body to fully recover after childbirth, and not jump right into their favorite local popular hiit cardio classes, running, etc. I also feel like women shouldn’t hide their “symptoms” of whatever they are going through. Whether if its: pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, etc. We should be able to feel like we are heard whenever we go to have a doctor visit. Women should be able to know these terminologies and be aware about these common symptoms that MOST will experience through their pregnancy and postpartum stage so that way they know how to manage and even prevent it as well.

I am so passionate about helping and educating women about my services because I know it means that they are not alone and they are being heard. I just don’t want anyone to go through the whole birth and postpartum experience the way I did when I had my daughter. Whether you are 3 months pregnant or 6 months pregnant, or 3 months postpartum or 3 years postpartum, I am very confident to help achieve the goals you need!
