THE BIRTH LIKE A BOSS program are for new moms who are currently in their first to late second trimester, wanting to gain strength and endurance to meet the physical demands of added stress placed onto your body.

With all the continuous morning sickness, tiredness, and nausea, pregnancy is definitely one hell of a ride! Once you pass through all of that good stuff, you notice you need to gain strength and stamina in order to tolerate the greater amount of added stress place onto your body. Whether you are in the first trimester or second trimester, my prenatal program basically gets you prepped for birth. AND.. how do I do that you might say? Well.. by focusing on a strength training approach!

I know there a lot of misconceptions about strength training during pregnancy, of how it can hurt you or the baby, or somewhat heavy lifting is a no go, that is the complete opposite what you see or hear on social media or from your friends/family. With the proper foundation, slowly increasing progressive overload, and trainer, strength training is so effective. It can help with minimize any pains or injuries like back pain, pelvic floor issues, strengthening the deep core muscles, etc.

THE MOM STRONG program are for new moms, six weeks to four years, whom are new to the fitness realm but want to start building strength and meet the physical demands of everyday activity daily living tasks in a safe and effective way and gain confidence so you can love your pre-baby body again.

You want to start working on building strength, toning, and endurance to be able to handle new tasks of parenthood so you can move pain free and minimize any occurring pains/ injuries. BUT, you don’t really know what to do or how to achieve them with really no structure or something to go of. Plus, you really need that someone to hold you extra accountable! I totally get you mama! With my knowledge and expertise guiding you ever step of the way, why not crush some goals together?

bond with your baby by intergrating fitness together! 60 minute workout that requires little to no equipment to get your body back back into the basic movement patterns of fundamental principles such as, squatting, pushing/pulling, etc! also we will integrate of learning how to 360 breathe and how it can help heal disastis reccti by also focusing on posture/neutral alignment. During the class, the instructor will address any pelvic floor symptoms or abdominal issues. (2-10 months)
