mini me strength & cardio or solo
mini me fitness class is from ages 10-18 months where you can bring your little one to bond with other babies while you bond with other moms during this 40-45 minute full body strength training & cardio class. these exercises will translate into your motherhood demand tasks so you can be strong, have less movement compensations throughout the day, and you don’t have to worry about childcare!
Note: solo (feel free to come by yourself if you don’t have your child that day or if you haVe older kids that don’t need attention, you’re more than welcome to attend.
bond with your baby by integrating fitness! or you can come solo, especially if you don’t have your child, for that day. this is a 30-40 minute workout that requires little to no equipment to get your body back into the basic movement patterns of fundamental principles such as squatting, pushing/pulling, etc! also, we will integrate learning how to 360 breathe and how it can help heal disastis reccti by also focusing on posture/neutral alignment.
During the class, the instructor will address any pelvic floor symptoms or abdominal issues. (0-3 months, 3-6 months)
POSTPARTUM: BULLETPROOF YOUR CORE & PELVIC FLOOR
This 40 minute workout will focus with you and your infant being in a carrier/sling to add a little resistance to the workouts and will get your body moving and sweating without having to worry about childcare. (newborn to 10 months) (depending on the weight requirement for the baby carrier/sling)
